Bhattacharyya

A python package to calculate the Bhattacharyya coefficient and Bayes error of two paleomagnetic poles using the framework presented by:

Heslop, D. & A. P. Roberts (2019). Quantifying the similarity of palaeomagnetic poles, Journal of Geophysical Research (submitted).

The simplest way to run the Bhattacharyya package is via the Binder cloud.
